With architecture by Pedro Coimbra, the project combines concrete, iron, brise-soleils and greenery in every detail of the facade.
The ground-floor lounge features an exclusive artistic panel by Arthur Grangeia, and the rooftop offers a panoramic view of Christ the Redeemer. The gym is operated by Academia Foguete — created by @lapateam, personal trainer to celebrities, with over 400 live classes a month and 24-hour workouts.
